My Avatar in Second Life
After I entered SecondLife, I had to find a spot where it wasn't too dark - As I was in the British Literature Classroom, it was already evening when I arrived. I found a nice spot, sat down and did a snap-spot, using the Cntr-PrintScreen keys. Using GimpShop, I pasted it into a new file and then cropped it. Adding text was a little tricky, due to the background colors. White seemed to be the color that worked best, although it is not perfect. I also spent several minutes trying to go back and edit my text - Now I understand why there is a Layers panel!!
