softened nose-to-mouth lines

smoothed out his forehead and used the blur to basically even out his skin-tone.

I am NOT happy about Al's left eye - it doesn't look very good and I did this several times. I left his hair alone - I have to say, after staring at 800% zoom for many minutes, it grew on me and I like it the way it is.
